  • How much does it cost to have a DORK account?
  • How do I create an account?
  • Why do I need a mobile phone to sign up?
    • Since our core product Persona is an email service, we require members use their mobile phone number to create and manage their accounts.
  • How do I resend my verification code?
    • If you signed up and didn't receive your verification code, or used the wrong phone number, you can restart the sign up process to have the verification code resent.

      If you purchased a product and were unable to complete the verification process, please contact DORK Support.
  • How do I reset my forgotten password?
  • Why do you require a PIN to remember my device?
    • Our unique PIN sign in solution creates a secure way to sign in quickly on shared devices. If you want to remember your device for faster a faster sign in, you will be required to choose a PIN. When you return to DORK at a later date with the same device, just choose your account and enter the PIN to quickly sign in.
  • How do I remove a saved device?

    • Go to dork.com/console/account/ to choose your preferred timezone which will cause the dates/times displayed to represent your local time.
  • How do I close my account?

Billing

  • Is my billing information secure with DORK?
    • Absolutely! We don't actually store your credit card number. Instead, when you provide us with your payment information, we use HTTPS/SSL to send your payment information to a PCI Level 1 Service Provider (the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry).
  • How do I add or remove my credit cards?
  • How do I change the order my credit cards are charged?
    • Go to dork.com/console/billing/credit-cards/, click the Edit button, and drag and drop your saved cards to your preferred order. At renewal time, we'll attempt to charge your saved cards one at a time, starting from the top-left.
  • Why would I add multiple saved credit cards?
    • In order to prevent any service disruption at renewal time. Renewals typically occur annually, and one of your cards may change during that time.
  • How do I see and manage my recurring subscriptions?
  • Why would I want to add credit to my account balance?
    • Adding enough credit to your account balance can be used as a way of ensuring your upcoming subscription(s) are renewed successfully. Just make sure your subscriptions are also set to auto renew.

Gift Cards

  • What is a DORK gift card?
    • A DORK gift card can be used to purchase Personas. Gift cards can be used by the buyer, or sent to a recipient via email or SMS text message.
  • How do I purchase a DORK gift card?

  • How do I find DORK gift cards I've purchased or redeemed?
  • How do I send a gift card I purchased to somebody else?
    • Go to dork.com/console/billing/gift-cards/ to view all of your gift cards not sent and not redeemed. Choose a gift card from the list, and then choose the Email or Text option to send that gift card to a recipient.
  • What happens when I redeem DORK gift card versus using a gift card at checkout?
    • Redeeming a gift card will add the credit to your account balance if you have a DORK account. Otherwise, redeeming one or more gift cards at checkout will offset the amount due, and any remaining credit will be added to your account balance.
  • Can I change my gift card number?
    • Yes, please contact DORK Support to request a new gift card number.

  • How do I earn money be inviting people to DORK?
    • If you have a DORK account, you can invite your friends to purchase their own DORK Personas. When one of your invites uses your Invite Code to purchase their first Persona, they will get a $10.00 discount, and you will earn $10.00.
  • How do I track my earnings?

  • Can I change my Invite Code?
    • Each Invite Code is randomly generated for each DORK customer. We will only change your Invite Code under certain circumstances. If you need to change your Invite Code, please contact DORK Support.
  • When do I get paid for my invites earnings?
    • Once your invite earnings have posted (after 60-days), you can either transfer your earnings to your DORK account balance as credit for future purchases, or you can transfer your earnings to your PayPal account (requires a at least $100.00). Go to dork.com/console/invites/transfer/ to transfer your earnings.
  • Why is my invite amount pending?
    • In order to prevent credit card fraud all invite earnings are pending for 60-days from the original transaction date.

Personas

  • What is a DORK Persona?
    • A DORK Persona is a unique dork.com email address and web address. For example, the @Huckleberry Persona includes the email address huckleberry@dork.com and huckleberry.dork.com web address.

      DORK Persona owners can also create up to 30 Aliases, which can be used to receive email from questionable sources in order to protect the main email address from unwanted email.

      DORK Persona owners can also create up to 50 Groups, making it easy to send and receive email to multiple friends using a single email address only known to the group members.
